Why is my pioneer VSX D812 not powering on?
My Pioneer VSX D812 can still power on (LED not flashing) but can not detect audio and video signals due to a extremely low voltage earlier this month. The tuner is still working. I hope someone can help me revive it.

Last November I did a major upgrade to my home theater system by purchasing the Pioneer VSX 1021-K receiver and an LG LED TV and Blu-ray player. After spending hours and days setting up and fine tuning the whole system, everything was working perfectly.

How can I get sound from my receiver to my TV?
Unless your TV has ARC then you will not be able to get sound from your TV to your receiver via HDMI. If your TV does support ARC, you have to make sure you are plugging into the HDMI port that has that feature. Not all TVs support ARC and when they do, usually only one of the HDMI ports have it.
