Why does my pioneer receiver not work with my TV?

– I can downgrade to using component outputs for the AV components, and use the receiver’s component output port to the TV. So the problem seems to be just the receiver’s HDMI out. – The HDMI light is steady. But when I first plug in the TV to the receiver, it blinks for a bit, the audio blips in and out and then it stays steady. Still no picture.

I’ve spent hours searching forums and trying to solve the matter myself, but now I’ve reached deadend. So! I have Pioneer VSX-323 receiver, which has two HDMI-cables coming from cablebox and xbox one, then one leaving to Benq W1070 projector.
